All orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number(s).

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your orders. After that, it will take 3-12 business days for delivery to the United States, and 13-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices displayed on our site are in US dollars tax-free, which means that you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. How does the deadline for sending the tracking code work?
The shipping process begins at the time of purchase. From the moment the order is placed, we begin to organize our process. When the payment confirmation reaches our team, we quickly send it to our distribution center so that the products can be separated.

If your item was damaged during delivery, please send a picture message within 1 business day of marking your item as delivered.
